Engineering Consulting

- Recruit and manage mechanical, electrical, instrument, and rigging fitters and supervisors
Contract services
- Recruit and manage all services related to contractors to provide painters, change hands, insulators, supervisors
- Recruit and manage NDT services that will support all hot work activities for quality assurance and compliance
Project Engineers
- Recruit and manage a pool of engineers that that provide engineering reviews and insight, on material selection, welding techniques, applicable paint system to be applied.
- Recruit and mage a group both mechanical and electrical engineers to provide support for all related activities
- Co-ordination of project activities and reporting during progress meeting
- Conducting of Integrity Assessments to develop Maintenance Schedules for statutory requirements (API 653, API 580/581)
Procurement
- Provide personnel that handles all service providers selected during the project
- Issue and review of tender submissions and recommend successful bidders
- Draft tender contracts in line with scope of work and legal requirements
- Procurement of all required material supplies for the project, liaising with services for infrastructure facilities requirements
